Top Secret Nutrition’s Cardio Igniter rocks socks, and here is why, boys and girls! If there’s one thing that I have learned in my time as a hard-core gym junkie, it’s that you need energy to complete your work out with the greatest efficiency possible. Cardio Igniter isn’t your typical, run-of-the-mill supplement,but one that is designed to make your cardio and weight training efforts as efficient as possible. Because nobody wants to spend more time in the gym space then they absolutely have to. Cardio igniter just launched in a bunch of new flavors, and I got to try the watermelon, which is pretty darned tasty if you ask me. The flavor is not unlike that of a watermelon Jolly Rancher, sweet, but not too sweet.
I took this before one of my standard bombshell cardio session, to great results. Within about 20 minutes, I started to feel the slight tingle and general warm and fuzzy feelings that come with most pre-workout drinks for me, and within 30 minutes, I was ready to rock ‘n roll.
The energy, drive, and slight euphoria I felt was incredible. It made three hours at the gym seem like only 10 minutes, for real. I felt focused, clear, and full of all of this energy. I was able to go long and hard, sweating my ass off as I completed first weights, and then a cardio routine. Never once did I flail, lose focus, or doubt that I could make it through what most would deem a pretty kickass workout.
It deserves to be noted that I do not typically take pre-workout supplements, reserving them for those days when I truly need it. Suffice it to say that this is become my new favorite, and I’ve tried a lot of different brands and formulations. The energy is awesome, I feel absolutely no crash after it has worn off.
