I’m not going to lie, ladies and gentlemen of the blogosphere- in my line of work, I try a lot of different vitamins and supplements. In fact, I probably take more pills in one day than an 80 year old woman. Chalk it up to all those multis, ya know? Anywho, Pure Matters is a brand that was recently introduced to me, and one that I have become rather impressed with. This past month, I had the opportunity to test drive both Be Lean and Enliven with 5-HTP. More on that below!

On BeLean, from the Pure Matters Website:

I took my BeLean every morning for a month, and in that time saw a drop of 4 lbs on my already small frame. While I don’t attribute the weight loss solely to the supplement (I diet and exercise like a fiend), I will certainly say that it helped!

Enliven with 5-HTP- From the website:

Enliven in something that I took every night before I went to bed, for it’s ability to enhance my sleep experience. All in all, I’d definitely say I noticed a difference both in my mood, and in the quality of sleep I got.
