Before I even dive into this review, let me declare my long-withstanding love affair with Escada fragrances. Ever since I was a wee krasey one, my mother always kept a rather hefty fragrance collection on her dresser, with Escada being the shiny pearl that always attracted my attention. Later as a teen, I began to take part in all of Escada’s special edition fragrances, released for the seasons to captivate and enthrall with their colorful bottles, and deliciously fruity scents. So it goes without saying that I knew I’d love Especially Escada Delicate Notes, mmk?
Especially Escada Delicate Notes is a light and airy blend of rose, ylang ylang, pear, ambrette seeds, and musk. The scent is decidedly floral in tone, and essentially the original Especially Escada’s lighter, airier little sister.
This is a fragrance for the fun, fresh, sophisticated young lady who knows when it’s time to talk business, and when it’s time to have fun. I picture this being my go-to for those days when I need a scent that will transition well from my 9-5, to my thereafter.
Especially Escada’s Delicate Notes is currently available both online, and at a Sephora near you.
