What’s a great Saturday afternoon in Soho without a visit to the Soho Sanctuary, to experience the very latest and greatest that Jane Iredale Cosmetics has to offer? Why, it isn’t much of a great Saturday, at all! Recently, yours truly had the opportunity to get up close and personal with Jane Iredale’s newest additions. While I was at it, I also sampled just a couple of the services offered up at the Soho Sanctuary. Read on for my discoveries.
Right in line with the BB cream trend that swept a beauty nation, Iredale has released a version of her very own, Glow Time BB Cream, and it is one that I think we can all get excited about. Not only does this cream pack quite the pigment wallop, but it also comes in a variety of skin tones (instead of the one size (doesn’t) fit all model that a lot of other BB creams follow. It feels great on the skin, and looks a dream, too boot!
Another new product to get excited about is Jane’s new primer, Smooth Affair Facial Primer & Brightener, which blurs imperfections even as it evens out both skin tone and texture. It goes without saying that this new primer is the perfect complement to the aforementioned BB cream, right?
All of these products were experienced firsthand by yours truly, at the hands of a very skilled makeup artist at the event. Rest assured dear folks, as these products were and are just as easy to apply in the oh so short 5 minutes I have to apply my makeup from the gym locker room to the office.

All the while, I couldn’t help but appreciate the zen feeling the sunny Soho Sanctuary space gave off as I enjoyed a much-needed manicure and pedicure.
