Now that summer is slowly fading into the background (is it really almost fall already?!), it is time to stop and consider those quintessential beauty products that got me through the hottest months of the year, completely and totally unscathed. Moderate as NYC’s climate may be, this past summer sure did hold some extreme conditions (high heat, storming, and humidity, oh my!), some of which could have caused major skin meltdowns if this beauty blogger wasn’t careful. Luckily, I’m always prepared. Here are the beauty products that saw me through.

No matter what the summer throws at me, I have to ensure that my skin always stays moisturized, hydrated, and smelling sweet. Dove’s Clinical Strength is actually a very recent addition to my arsenal, as it didn’t make its way to me until nearly the end of the summer, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t love it all the same. This deodorant not only keeps me cool and sweet-smelling through the toughest of workouts, but it also survived the 96 degree VA heat during an outdoor wedding, keeping me sweet and dry up until the very last dance.
NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer SPF30/PA+++
When it comes to keeping this porcelain visage looking both flawless, and sunburn-free, it’s NARS’ stellar tinted moisturizer that I have been reaching for this summer. With the ability to cover up my minor flaws, and protect my skin from the sun, to boot, this has become my most beloved tinted moisturizer, ever.
Make Up For Ever Aqua Range
Whether it be an eye pencil, cream, liner, or blush, I ensure that my makeup stays completely melt-proof by reaching for anything and everything from the Make Up For Ever Aqua Range.
