File this product under weird, outlandish, and unapologetically awesome beauty products. Say hello to Violent Lips Temporary Lip Tattoos.
What started as the move towards gradient and multi-tonal lip looks some two seasons ago has now fully grown into a bonafide trend. Bringing this trend to the masses in an easy to use package is Violent Lips, with the creative, the colorful, and the larger-than-life lip prints that are sure to draw attention.
So how do you use these? Well, Violent Lips has a tutorial on the site breaking it down rather well:
Of course I have tested these, and I found them surprisingly easy to use. As per the instructions, I shaped, trimmed, wet, and rocked the red fishnet pattern with pride. In terms of how they feel, there is a bit of a tightness not unlike that of a matte lipstick, which I quickly remedied by applying a thin layer of lip balm over. These wore well for 6 hours on me, and removed easily with my Lancôme makeup remover.
Violent Lips Temporary Lip Tattoos are available in a plethora of deliciously awesome varieties, and three come in a pack for an average price of about $10. Violent Lips are available online, and at your local Sephora.
