L’Oreal Carbon Black Extra Intense Eye Pencil
Nothing completes a smoky eye faster than a rich, deep, blacker than black eye pencil. One of L’Oreal’s newest additions, the Carbon Black Extra Intense Eye Pencil deposits smooth pigment that is blacker than black. This is a great pencil to line both the waterline and tightline with.
