Once upon a time, in a kingdom far far away, there lived a mischievous group of individuals, henceforth known as The Collective of nail polish fairies. These fairies lived in a magical place- the fortress of the fairies, if you will, where they continuously created a plethora of delightful nail polish in shades of the season. But that’s not all these fairies kept in their fortress, oh no! Also housed in their imposing bastion was a magical mirror, which I will introduce you all to shortly.

The day was warm and bright, when an impish beauty junkie whose initials are A. Dina got wind of a new collection from the fairies, and decided to sneak into the house of the Collective to cop a peek at all of the wonderfulness. She set out on her journey with thoughts of adventure, dreams of greatness, and her trusty D.S.L.R., to boot. What she found, was an ornate, gilded, gargantuan mirror, in the middle of an imposing corridor. Being familiar with the story of Snow White, she knew what to do. She walked right up to this mirror (which was magical, obviously), and pronounced the following:

“Mirror mirror, on the wall, what’s new and awesome from Zoya for fall?”

The mirror shimmered to life, and immediately a voice rang out.

Rich, smoked metallics, that’ll never  get old

This collection was created in my likeness it’s true

Hopped up on excitement, and a bit too much caffeine, our intrepid beauty blogger continued to prod

“Magic mirror, your soliloquy rocks. Tell me more about this collection that will knock off my socks!”

Yara, a fresh, warm olive green

Soft gilded flecks give her that special sheen

Neeka, she’s captured this cold mirror’s heart

All shimmered amethyst, she’s a true work of art

Jem, like the pop star, a rich, rocking pink

With her hot rocking ways she’ll be gone in a blink

 

As you can see, six shades so divine

Smoky and metallic, all brimming with shine
