The Prize:
One mother and daughter pair will each receive an exclusive Pantene makeover with Pantene Celebrity Stylist Hallie Bowman at the fabulous Marie Robinson Salon in NYC, on April 13th. To complete the makeover, Pantene will have a makeup artist at the salon for touch-ups and a photographer to capture all the action. Each mother and daughter will also leave with a gift bag containing all of the Pantene products Hallie used when styling.

As for the contest, regardless of whether I win or lose, I know that I have the best, most incredible mother one could ever have. She has always spent her life sacrificing to ensure a better life for my sister and I and she has always been my rock, the person who keeps me sane when my life seems to be spiraling out of control. She’s there to share the good times but also to support me during the bad times. I’ve experienced some terrible health issues in the last few years but she has never left my side. She has given so much to me, emotional, spiritually, intellectually and economically but I’ve never been able to do all the wonderful things for her that I always dreamed I would as a child. Although I tell my Mother every day how much I love her, Mother’s Day is the perfect opportunity to do something very special for mom, making her feel like Queen for the day. I can’t think of a better gift than spending the day together and have professionals fuss over us , transforming us into hot dynamos, feeling like the Belle of the ball. Now that would be one FABULOUS gift that my mom would enjoy and certainly deserves. If G-d asked me to describe the perfect mother, it would absolutely be mine just as she is. If not for her, my life would not be worth living!

I love my mom b/c she taught me to do what you love and then you will have the most success in life….and now I am embarking on that journey this Fall by going back to grad school
My mother is the best mother in the world not because we are bound by blood, but because she choose me when she was unable to have children of her own. She has raised me to be a strong woman and now she is teaching me to be a wonderful mother and wife to my own family. Its amazing how God’s plan gave me an outstanding woman as a mother.
