Run, dodge, snap, and retreat. I am not talking about the newest dance craze kids, but instead about the hectic reality that is this beauty blogger’s life during fashion week. Balancing a full time job with a full time hobby is not easy work, and more often than not, I find myself on the verge of a fashion week meltdown.
Thankfully, Robert Verdi, along with his amazing team, have created a luxurious space for the frazzled ones to refresh and re-boot.
I had the incredible privilege of visiting Robert’s legendary lounge this fashion week, and oh what a wonderful time I had! First up on the agenda, a fabulous hairstyle, courtesy of Conair and Rusk. My stylist gave me a fantastic mane of full, luscious, springy waves, complete with a new outlook on life.
Next up, a makeover with Mally Beauty and Visine. Jorge, my amazing makeup artist, created a fantastic smoky eye for yours truly.
Also in the house were some awesome lifestyle brands, including Okabashi (with their sweet Vegan flip flops), Solstice (purveyors of the most kickbutt sunglasses around) and Barnes and Noble, with their incredibly cool, and brand spanking new Nook Color.
I arrived at the Luxe Lab looking frizzed up and frazzled, and left feeling shiny and new. Thank you Robert Verdi and Co, for making this blogger’s fashion week a little less painful, and a little more beautiful.
