And we all lose our charms in the end
But square cut, or pear shaped
These rocks don’t lose their shape
Diamonds are a girl’s best friend
Here is a shocking revelation that I am just going to say (write) out loud. Ladies and gents of the beauty jury, I am aging and it isn’t pretty. Since cameras and mirrors lately seem to do nothing but capture those fine lines and wrinkles that I try so hard to ignore, I am faced with the difficult task of covering said offenders up so that nobody sees them but me. Enter a great finishing powder.
They say that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, and they would most certainly be right. While I am sure that Marilyn had a different kind of Diamond in mind, the friendship that I have forged with this particular product is one in the same. Thanks to Purely Cosmetics founder Robyn, and her awesome Diamond Powder Perfect Finish, I am basking in my own illusory flawlessness. Now, allow me to break it down.
What it is: A microfine finishing powder made with both real diamonds and a unique diamond complex.
What’s in it: The label says it all
What it does: This finely milled powder glides onto the skin, filling in my oogly fine lines and wrinkles while adding luminescence to my visage. The result is a soft, glowing, almost airbrushed effect that I am really digging. Being that I am a bit of photo junkie, I am also thrilled that this powder doesn’t reflect in pictures.
When they say that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, they most certainly must have been discussing diamond’s of the mineral powder variety. My new must-have for finishing off flawless, Diamond Perfect Finish really is all kinds of wonderful. It is available online on the Purely Cosmetics Website.
